At ELSAHAIR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all tags attached and be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for your refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@elsahair.eu to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and the process for exchanging it.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
